well, i think spreading rumors in order to discredit a clan for not participating in that tournament is not really a move i like. i didn't even know the tournament was set up yet when already some dude whispered to me on WON why SLS was chickening out. boy did i feel good. no wait i got pretty pissed. In any case, most DAB never did any harm to me, if i'd hang with them more i'd prolly be a friend, but stuff like that REALLY pisses me off. to whoever started this crap, F.O.D.

Redstar is a nasty pice of scum. On two occasions I've been smurfing in WON and found him badmouthing FL, the ladder and my name/reputation - all of which was false. Frst has screen shots of Red doing the same thing. Redstar is synonymous with pond scum.

The guy is a freeking pest. Couple the above with his past misdeeds and you have a person who I will have absolutely nothing to do with. Luke - we do not call red an idiot undeservedly. He has proven himself to be the single most vile influence in the HW community.

Luke, as Meth and Dim said, RedStar is not referred to the way he is for no reason. It's not like the majority of the HW community just picked someone out of the blue to dislike with a passion for no reason. He lies over and over and thinks nothing of it. He has lied to you, he has lied to his good buddy ProtoNuclear, he has lied to his good buddy TinBinder and Tin's wife, he has lied to the whole of PSA, his own clan DAB, OMO, Chiken, god the list goes on and on. Let me give you an example.

About 2 months ago Kalessin (an admin on cases ladder) and myself were sitting on WON and in comes the 3 largest jerks of the Homeworld community. We had Echo(the cheating, lying, clanwhoring echo) who was bashing the ladder, its admins, and bashing FL. We had Ahab(the cheating, lying, flooding, spamming, decieving troll) who was egging echo on and browning on him. And then we had RedStar(the cheating, lying, virus sending, clanwhoring RedStar) who was also bashing FL, bashing myself, and bashing the ladder and its admins. They were all doing this openly in the lobby, as they always have done and always will do.

Now Kalessin and I were smurfing and sitting in the lobby watching and laughing at this shit, here are some screenies of what was going on:

Let me sum those up. Red dissing on me, the ladder, and its admins because echo (actually hes probly still pissed cause he got kicked off for reporting losses to himself) doesnt have his bs winning streak in the HOF, echo bragging and saying he is going to own us in eve, and ahab egging them both on like the troll he is. This is the norm. It gets even better k?

Red suspected that Mourn Bringer was me because I was laughing at the threesomes idiocy so he started whispering me. Here is what he said, its funny:

So now Red is whispering me that "he heard what I said to Crusty", whatever that meant, and "he and i are going to go to another level together". Then he says not to fuck with him and leaves WON.

I think everyone remembers this incident, even if they weren't there. The reason this is, is because RedStar knew that he had looked like an idiot and he needed to fix it somehow. So, he went to every clan ezboard and posted a message that someone had been faking his name and mouthing on FL and the ladder and its admins. Yes of course. I can see many of the people that call Red a loyal and trustworthy friend sympathizing with the poor bastard for getting impersonated so unjustly.

About a month later, during the time that Red decided to insult Freelance on his Byzantinium forums, he slipped up. In this thread, Red states:

I admit I did make reference to you and the FL. I'm sorry I did that but after so many months of staying out of your way why did you bad mouth me to CrustyOMO?

Wait a tic... It must just be a huge coincidence that this RedStar imposter and RedStar himself on his own forums say the exact same thing right? Anyone else seeing this?

No one is going to tell me that this is some huge conicidence.

So what happened here was, Crusty and I were having some private discussion long ago about people who we didn't care for or something of the sort. Crusty told Red (thx crusty if you read this)I said he was on my shitlist and Red had to get back at me or something. Red thought that going onto won and mouthing off on FL, the ladder, and me personally would do the trick but he realized shortly after that he looked like a dumbass on won. He couldn't look like a dumbass no way!! This is the humanitarian REDSTAR we're talking about! Creator of the omnicom(which for some reason is always pimping his forums), good deed doer, and all around nice guy!! He had to fix his fuckup and if lying to each and every one of you was what needed to be done to save face, well too bad.

He lied to protonuclear, he lied to old lace, ringworld, croft, the chikens, the omo, the psa, he lied to EVERYONE, and thought no more of it. He does this shit all the time guys. You think hes some nice guy, hes a snake. He's the king of deception and lies in this community and these are the reasons I refuse to be part of something that he is organizing. The last time I played a game of HW that he suggested I play, he made it out to look like I was some huge prick only because I did what HE suggested. Everything he does has some hidden agenda, some slimey underlying selfish goal. Most people, including me take responsibility for their actions and feelings. They are not afraid to be helf accountable for what they have done. If I dont like someone, they know it, and I have good reason. I'm not perfect and I don't pretend to be. There wouldn't be a problem here if Red would take responsibility and if he would just stop lying.

Maybe someday, the people who support this slimey snake will realize that he takes advantage of them all the time and they will step away from him.

also kal and metho checked the "fake" redstars ip when he joined ladder. it was redstars ip..... yet redstar said that it was a fake redstar that joined the ladder... it seems that whoever was faking him broke into red's house and used his comp to sighn up on ladder!

Hey Fl/SLS and to all involved,

I want to personally apologize for all this. I had a feeling things would get stirred up over this cause of the bad blood between RedStar and FL/SLS. Please do not pass judgement on all DAB for what has happened in the past nor what may be going on between you all now. I get along with all the FL and SLS. I plan on keeping the relationships like they are. And I do not want this ladder tourney cause I do not now think that it would be cool for all of us. We are all examples on how clans are formed and kept. And we do not need a ladder to be in games against or with each other. I will play my arse off against my opponents. Win or lose. Shamrock i judge individuals, not groups of people (except those affiliated with hwu.. damn them all;)). I consider you a friend and i do hope you keep coming to #freelance. The fact that DAB has Redstar for a member does not affect what i think of DAB. If anything it makes Redstar look better then what he really deserves.

I think for the most part that the other fl believe this too.

well, i don't know many DAB but those i know have never done any harm to me, aside redstar, who didn't really harm me directly either but just pisses me off with his little lies and rumors. this doesn't affect my feelings towards other DAB's though, as i said before, i don't know you that well but if i'd hung with you more i'd prolly consider you friends.

bottom line, i don't link you DABs with redstar, and i hope just cuz i happen to dislike redstar you don't dislike me as well. i have my reasons for disliking him, i have no reasons to dislike you(except emp, he's too hard to beat ;) ).

DAB guys are cool and great competition. I also am not particularly enamoured with redstar but I figure he just has different ideas about the internet to me. I know he's reading this thread & I also know that he is either fuming or laughing (its hard to tell sometimes with red), so ill just say "hi".
