hybrid scouts

after loosing alof of ladder games cause of hybrid scouts, i convinced myself to ask for some help =)
I myself dont think hybrid scouts is an intended feature of homeworld, but since alot of ladder players uses it, I need to find a way to counter it.
Anyone knows how to counter this forsaken tactic?

first off, we do so many things in this game that were not intended. however, pb and ramming were so you be the judge

there's tons of ways people do hybrids... do you mean where opponent band boxes all scouts, hits k zzzzzzz? or band boxes two at a time hitting k zzzzz? are his on evasive or aggressive? if his are in evasive then its scout for scout...each one of his 30 scouts will be targeting each one of your 30 scouts, one scout following one scout. if his are in aggressive then all 30 of his scouts are gonna be targeting ONE of yours at a time (30 following 1) and killing it super fast (here the chances are greater that ten of his will run into one of yours.) in this case, you could hit cancel on the scouts he is targeting, causing like 10 or more of his to slam into the back of just one of yours. or target two or three at a time and micro the crap outta them, retargeting as soon as they are dead. the option to hybrid back is also a possibility. hybrids rule, you just have to be prepared to micro whether it's you using them or your opponent doing the slaughtering.

a risky thing that can work cause it has for me a few times,

lets asy he hybrids you...and 4-8 of his scouts are behind one of your scouts, and they are killing it...if you can as fast as possible scuttle the scout b4 it dies, this CAN kill all the scouts that are fallowing it

sometimes it doesnt do a thing, sometimes it just hurts em, sometiems it just kills them

but you have to be fast
