Thanks heaps for the sentiments guys. Rob and I had a terrific day, our families and friends made the event quite special. It was an informal wedding since we both dont appreciate every aspect of western trad ceremonies. Both ceremony and reception was held at the same location. Rob's parents' gardens in the Gold Coast hinterland.

After the night finished, Rob and I rode a high which lasted three days. We went from elation/enthousiasm in Queensland to dispare/grief in Melbourne with circumstances and final outcome in the death of Sarge, our dog. The last week has been an tumultuous roller-coaster ride of emotions and frankly; I'm burnt-out.

I'm gunna drop outta the scene for a bit; at least until our lives have reached some new equilibrium. Could be a few days, most probably a few weeks.

Being an emotional type has it's risks. When you love with as much passion your heart can take, any threat in matters of the heart are devastating. When you love someone with such strength, its wise to protect that some one from harm with no compromise.
