I continuously see attacks being made concerning the FL as an entirety (everyday there is a new one, today i think the were 4). Which means everyone on that list. Now, first of all, only six (6) (maybe seven) of us on that list still care about HW. The others are off playing Jumpgate and RTCW, some are MIA and others have just taken up a career in professional lurking. Now don't get me wrong, HW is very much our hometown. For many of us (most of us) HW was our very first experience in multiplayer gaming. For me, it's still my only experience. No game out there will ever be "better than HW" for us. I can picture us when we're 80 sitting around playing an FFA on Ring of Fire, of cousre by then Uberjumper would have written the perfect patch and Guidestone will have replaced WON.
Ten times i've seen it written out "FL aren't part of the HW community anymore", well Fuck You!
This is our game! It's your game (if you are reading this post then Hw is your game), it's the DAB's game, and it's my buddy pH14's game. Together we make up the "Homeworld Community". So what if reki is not on the ladder, plays RTCW full time, and "says" he doesn't care about HW and a three year old ladder? After all he's done here in the last 2 years (please go look at the relic boards and the Old Relic boards somewhere here on these boards, you know where they are), Are you gonna tell me here in writing that reki is not in fact part of the "HW community"? (p.s. are the Chikens part of the HW community still or did they get kicked out too?)

Anyways, back to my point. Please read through that list again. When you refer to the FL as a whole you are referring to every person in that list. I know none of you has a problem with Garon, as he's been missing for a few months now. Please seriously consider using the PM function, please come talk to us on IRC, please stop attacking all of us.

Amanda, i thought we had some kinda truce agreement. You hated me cause i was FL and I smurfed you. We spent an hour or so talking it out and you understood that you didn't know me well enough yet to hate me. It was shortly after redstar's "Fuken Losers" comment incident. I thought we were alright wth each other. We said sorrys and went on our ways, but then this morning I'm being told that i have an advantage on the ladder and that it's easier for me to get to the top, and even that it's my ladder.

The two that are Admins at the ladder don't share their responsibility with the rest of us, they don't ask our opinion before they make decisions. Molle was Head Admin long before he joined FL.
I think one of the most active Admins is Faxe, and no one has worked harder to have a reputation of respect and trust than Faxe and i believe no one deserves the respect and trust more than him.

I'm sorry, just the amount of insults i've seen on this board this boards recently is more than i can stand. Nothing here is me debating anyone, i'm not good at debating, i like problem solving more. I'm not a very good speller nor am i good at grammar. Just think about some of the points I made before you come on here and yell at me again k? If I have contridictions in my post please don't point them out here, please PM me and and i'll fix it a big giant {edit disclaimer}.

I didn't realise that any one was getting upset with these comments, every time I see them I have a little giggle and then finish reading the cartoon section. I think Banshee, that this will be a fixture in forums (not just ours), of people that are angry coming in and typing $%£^&*() kinds of rubbish and general hostile complaints about the owners actions.
I look on the bright side, if they're typing things like 'DIE YOU MORONS' at least they aren't creeping up behind me with a cricket bat. Words can be ignored easily, and at least we know where we stand with these people when they aren't smurforating. So there.

I would like to stop this argument on your boards.
Civil discussion of topics which may or may not agree with the administration is what messageboards are for, but if youre going to start name calling, very harsh language, racial and sexist slurs, I would like to keep that to a private channel where we may both get real nasty to eachother, and not have to worry about anyone else interfearing (MSN messenger/e-mail/private chatroom)
I dont think the rest of FL would like to see that kind of stuff on their boards.

just let it go ppl - read the doom 3 thread or something. im gonna keep locking these threads at the first sign of petty arguments (whether implied or otherwise) until everyone gets sick of me doing it & shuts up. sorry, but its all getting old.
