question about eve

I was wondering if there is a particular race/bloodline that is considered superior to the others.

Also do you have any friendly tips for a soon to be a newbie eve pilot.

minmatar = fast (slaves)
caldari = tricky ninjas
gallente = dirty, smelly hippies of french descent

my guy is an amarr in a minmatar battleship

I would suggest an amarr or caldari char to start with, caus they have all the best ships.

i have been reading up on the subject and i think that i would like to start by building ships and other items, then possibly move on (once i have experience) into the more dangerous (and more exciting) professions in eve.

Most of the FL players here are in Evol/mOo corp correct?

sorry for all the questions but i have one more. After i have leant the ropes in empire space is there a corp you would recommend that i join to gain some experience. From what i have been reading Evol is one of the best pvp corps in the game along with mOo (oh found this on my travels thought you might like it http://www.cafeshops.com/melbellstore.6587731 )

Well, we kind of base Evol membership on the FL model - ie. we are elitist pricks and only let in people who we have been friends with for a long time & who we know we get along with well and can trust implicitly. In fact, membership is quite difficult because it has to be a unanimous decision made by all Evolution members.

There are a heap of corps who aggressively recruit, however - check out the corp forums on eve-online.com. If you find one that you think sounds good, we can only really provide an opinion for you which may or may not be incredibly biased. We dislike a lot of corporations & alliances, however, so you may want to take advice from someone else with a higher tolerance level.
